The Search Engine
The search engine has two options: a Basic search function and an Advanced search function.
Basic – with the basic search function you have the option to search simply by location. All of the properties in the selected location of Thailand can be listed according to price.
Advanced – the advanced search option allows you to define your search categories more specifically. You can search by price range, location in Thailand, type of property (e.g. land, house, condo etc.) and location of the property (e.g. sea view, beachfront, city centre etc)
Contacting the Property Owner
All property listings on For Sale By Owner Thailand have a ‘Contact the owner’ section located on the property page. Simply click on this button and an automated email will open. Enter in your enquiry and contact details and press send and this email will be sent directly to the property owner.
Once you have made contact with the property owner, it is then between the two of you to discuss property viewings, sale price and make any further negotiations.
